Challenge
Task and project context was scattered across Asana workspaces, requiring teams to jump between views to track dependencies, statuses, and assignments. There was no safe way to give AI assistants access to Asana without risking accidental changes to active projects.
Solution
84EM extended an existing open-source integration with a read-only safety mode and comprehensive tool coverage across the full Asana platform. Teams can now query tasks, track project status, and manage dependencies through conversation, with the confidence that read-only mode prevents unintended modifications.
